Referring a Patient

How to Refer

Referrals can be made directly by contacting the secretary by email or telephone. A GP letter is not required for a private consultation, though any relevant correspondence, imaging reports, or investigation results are always helpful and should be forwarded where available.

Self-referrals are also accepted — patients may contact the secretary directly if they prefer.

Insurers accepted

All major private health insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Cigna, and WPA. Self-pay patients are welcome.

Waiting times

New patient appointments are typically available within 10 working days.

Mr Benjamin-Laing is happy to liaise directly with GPs regarding shared patients, and welcomes calls or emails through the secretary for clinical queries.
